话说因为HE的缘故，
所以我们有免费的考完试后节目。
这个project是到海边拾垃圾，
所以拾完后我们顺便就玩咯~~
本来我不需要去，
因为本人已用MASUM来完成HE，
但是ke po的本性难移，
所以还是上巴士到森美兰去。
正经篇

第一天（10/11/10）--〉〉
很荣幸的能够邀请来自AFS五位帅弟与我们交流和拾垃圾。
虽然blue lagoon看起来很清洁，
但当我们认真地捡，
结果是超乎我们的想象，
一个大概有1km的海边竟然藏着10袋垃圾。
我想如果我们超级非常很认真捡，
50袋垃圾也不出奇！
马来世亚人民真的“很爱”地球啦 。。。
怕大海肚子饿所以才喂她这么多“食物”，
什么种类都有，
最多是塑胶袋、包玲珑、吸水管和瓶盖。
通过小小的分享，
在短短的时间里，
我们能够感觉红毛弟弟和这里人民的环保意识的差别。
幸亏天气还好，
但是我们个个都满身大汗。
是个不错的运动，
当还是不能全程保持好姿势。
我的腰背，对不起啦~
在清理的时候，
我在想这些乱丢垃圾的人们，
丢垃圾的那刻是怎么想呢？
嬉闹篇
------
我们班的唯一印度同胞教我们玩一个很粗鲁很火的游戏，
deng deng deng
就是KABADI..
这个游戏包含了刺激、勇猛、敏健、团体合作还有身体和嘴巴的和谐。。
好像sumo。。
搞到我们累乎乎。。
**得空才告诉你怎样玩。。
然后，
红毛帅弟们也心血来潮，
要康乐和互动下下，
Germany 与 Belgium 弟弟们带动我们这些姐姐哥哥们跳 FUNKY CHICKEN 还有两个小游戏。

因为很想睡觉了。。。。

冯以量的部落格
很积极的推荐这个部落格。。。
之前，
在董总社区关怀书展看到他的书，
〈把愛帶回家〉〈陪你到最后〉，
一本的内容是关于家庭，
另一本是关于临终关怀。
其实买的时候，
也不知道作者是谁，
只是被内容吸引。
过后，
去研修班认识到zp,
很刚巧的，
在MSN时问他有什么好介绍，
结果他就介绍我冯以量的部落格，
结果自从那天起，
若有上网就会游览他的部落格。
最喜欢的是他与临终关怀的文章。
我们一直避谈的死亡，
在他的文章里显得很正常。
看了他的文章，
心里是平静，
他能够用不是宗教的观点解释死亡。
最近一篇文章很感触我，
也很相应。
这段是我最有感触，最相应的

labour room visit+donate blood
2day have two special thing that happen，
morning,
we had a visit in labour room,
1st mother,
this is her 1st pregnancy,
so have to wait till 10cm to deliver her baby,
in between she scream and feel want to BO.
during that her uterus contraction is between 8% and 50%.
when she is delivering,
the contraction of uterus is about 80%.
As this is her 1st pregnancy,
so she not really know how to push,
doctor and nurse keeping shouting:
"don't cry, breath in, lift up your head, look at your stomach, don't lift up your ass, push and push!"
at beginning,
when I saw black thing come out,
I'm wondering what is that,
when whole of it come out,
I just realized that is baby's head with hair.
when baby is delivered,
the mummy cry,
and we also feel want to cry.
after that, the nurse(jururawat masyarakat) take out the placenta,(have to done in 30 minutes)
and take out the blood cloth.
the blood flow like water flow from pipe.
They will check whether the placenta is completed or not.
If not, they have to recheck the uterus.
If mom done episiotomy or tear,
the nurse will suture it.
from mom expression,
It really hurt!
One of the moms is same age with me,
she can't hold her push,
after trying for about 20 minutes,*(mom have to deliver baby within 30 minutes)
doctor decide to do vacum delivery.
--MOM is great, LoVe Her!
evening,
my friend want to donate blood,
so i follow her.
unfortunately, her haemoglobin too low,
so I have to donate my blood alone.
I'm nervous,
because this is my 1st time.
As my blood vessel too small,
I have been pocked for 2 times before she get the right one. Owch!!
my blood flow very slow,
so I need 15 minutes.
fINALLY, I sucessfully donate 350ml blood,ＹＥａＨ！！

supervisor's comment
today,
my neurology supervisor asked me why I take that case.
because that patient don't have any problem in mobility,
the problem is just she have cortical blindness which we cant do anything on it.
now i just realize that the reason I felt so hard to analysis this person is because her problem cant solved by a physiotherapist.
Beside that,
it is wrong to write analysis like this-- to prepare patient for discharge.
because we are not doctor,
so that it is not our job.
Thanks to pn CT(nt real name) eventhough always scold me. Hehe.
